1. Services
Lead Scout Media provides digital growth services as detailed in mutually signed Statements of Work.
2. Engagements
Monthly retainers auto-renew unless cancelled with 30 days' notice. Project work is governed by specific SOW terms.
3. Payments
Invoiced monthly in advance. Late payment may pause services until reconciled.
4. IP & deliverables
All client-paid deliverables transfer to the client upon final payment, subject to retained agency tooling.
5. Confidentiality
Mutual NDA applies to all engagements. Case studies are published only with written consent.
6. Limitation of liability
Liability capped at fees paid in the trailing 3 months. No indirect or consequential damages.
7. Governing law
Disputes resolved under the laws of the agency's principal place of business.
